"Terrible Experience Overall"
This has been the most frustrating experience I've ever had. PNC Logos has yet to finalize my logo or website. It's been four long years since they kicked off the project. I honestly doubt they'll ever wrap it up. Once they have your cash, they just don’t follow through on their commitments. There’s always some reason for missing deadlines. Do yourself a favor and avoid the hassle—go with a trustworthy company instead.

"This company won't issue my refund..."
I can't get my refund from this company since I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. I've seen plenty of bad reviews calling them a big scam. Before you order a custom logo, make sure to check the Better Business Bureau.

"Terrible customer service, won't refund my cash despite their supposed guarantee"
Total scam! They won't return my cash. They claim to have a full money-back guarantee, but it's all talk. Better Business Bureau should be checked out.

"Disappointing Service"
At first, I came to PNC Logos based on a friend's suggestion, mainly to get logos and product labels. The first manager I spoke with offered a website package that included a domain, design, email, social media, business cards, letterheads, and envelopes. Seemed like a solid deal to get everything in one go instead of juggling multiple vendors, so I decided to proceed. We went through several revisions for the website design until we reached an agreement. However, as the project neared completion, it felt like the manager was dragging his feet or just didn’t want to continue. I tried reaching out via messages, emails, and calls, but got no response. Eventually, I was told in a rather dismissive manner that they respond within 48 hours, yet I waited two weeks without a word. The excuse was that he was swamped with projects after being out due to COVID.

Then I was assigned a second manager. Things started off well, but quickly went downhill. This new manager was eager to fix the previous manager's mistakes and was quick to respond. During this time, I learned about additional security and maintenance features I could add to my package, which would save me from having to manage the website myself. They pitched marketing services too, but I wasn’t sold on that. I only wanted the security and maintenance for three months, with the option to extend if I was happy with it. The original website package was $799, and I had already put down a $500 deposit, leaving me with a balance of $299 upon completion. But then, when they mentioned the add-ons, I was hit with an instant charge of $555, which included the remaining balance. After I paid, I regretted it almost immediately as the manager became unresponsive, just like the first one (here we go again, smh). I tried calling, messaging, and emailing, but it took ages to get a reply. I had to leave for a family emergency overseas, which put the project on hold. When I returned a couple of months later, I reached out again and didn’t hear back for another 2-3 weeks.

When I finally got a response, I was informed that the second manager had been let go due to complaints from other clients, and they assured me my project would be handled properly. I shared my frustrations, and they promised to review my account. However, when the new manager looked into it, he claimed I had only paid for the website design and didn’t have a domain or secure payment service. I insisted that I had paid over $1000 and that those items were included. They pushed back, saying the only things covered were the logo, labels, and website design. They also mentioned a fee for connecting my PayPal account, which I was told would be included, but now I was being told it wasn’t part of the package. I checked with PayPal, and they confirmed there shouldn’t be a fee, but each company might have its own rules. When I asked for their policy, they either didn’t want to share it or didn’t have one. I inquired about the cost for everything, and they quoted me $999 without maintenance and security. I reminded them that the previous managers had said those were included in the $555 invoice, but they insisted otherwise. Frustrated, I canceled the project and requested a refund since the website never went live, but I was told there would be no refund.

In closing, thanks for sticking with this lengthy review. I hope it helps you SAVE YOUR MONEY. This company seriously lacks the three key elements of good business: HONESTY, INTEGRITY, and TRANSPARENCY. They just want to sell you a package, switch managers, and then come up with lame excuses to charge you more for things they previously claimed were included. It’s incredibly unprofessional, and they shouldn’t be in business. Starting a small business is tough enough without people like them taking advantage of those trying to achieve their dreams.

"My Experience with PNC Logos Has Been Fantastic!"
I've been collaborating with PNC Logos for a few months now, and I gotta say, the outcomes are just incredible. I kicked things off with my business logo, and it turned out really well! Then, I chose PNC Logos to create and manage my new company website, and I was blown away by their professionalism, leadership, and how quickly they responded to my questions. My project manager, Sam Nisar, is truly exceptional. He delivered top-notch products right on schedule and kept everything within my budget. The quality of what PNC Logos offers is unmatched. I definitely plan to work with Sam and PNC Logos again soon. Big thanks to Sam for making this such a great experience!

"Terrible Experience!"
I regret hiring this company to handle my logo and website. Like others have mentioned, they make a ton of empty promises and miss deadlines left and right. What I got as my website was just PNC Logos taking my existing site and slapping it onto theirs. And the 'logo' they created? Just my signature, plain and simple.

They were constantly trying to upsell me, putting on the pressure. At one point, the staff claimed that if I forked over an extra $500, my site could go 'live' in just 24 hours. If I didn’t, it would take 48-72 hours! Naturally, I didn’t pay up.

My site is up now, but it can’t process payments due to some absurd excuse from them. I just want to cut ties with this company and move on. Their shady practices have really stalled my business.

I’m left with a subpar product that doesn’t work right; I need to start over with a new website and hosting; I’ve wasted a ton of time and cash; and I’m filled with frustration and regret.

I can’t stress enough that no one should work with this company!

"Tony's Work on My Business Card and Letterhead"
I've been collaborating with Tony, and he really got what I needed and the vibe I was aiming for. He nailed my business card and letterhead just the way I envisioned it. My logo turned out spot on; he hit the mark right from the start. Tony was super patient with me since this was my first time doing something like this. He totally understood my vision and delivered my business cards and letterhead just how I wanted. Honestly, he's the best in the game.

"Searching for a logo for my band..."
I was on the hunt for a logo for my music group, and I gotta say, the final product was spot on!! They also threw in a business card and a banner design, both of which were fantastic. Tony, the designer who assisted me, took all my feedback and incorporated it into the designs. This is a truly professional outfit, and I can totally see myself returning for more of their services. If you're in the market for logos, banners, cards, or anything else, this is definitely a solid company to check out.

"Aggressive Upselling and Incomplete Delivery"
Initially, I paid them to create a selection of five logos, and the communication was quick and effective. I had a clear vision for the design, so it was a smooth process. I really like the final logo they produced. Then they started pushing for business cards, and I ended up paying for those to be designed, printed, and sent to me. Throughout this, they were quite insistent on upselling, wanting to handle my website design and hosting. I had already registered a domain with a different provider, and I made that clear to them. After that, things went downhill—I never received my business cards. I did get the design, which I modified to my liking, but despite their promise to deliver it the following week after I followed up, I never got the printed cards I paid for. Their response time slowed down significantly once I mentioned I was thinking about web design. I had to find another printing service to get my business cards made. So, I’d say they’re good for logo work if you know exactly what you want, but be prepared for the aggressive upselling and avoid signing up for anything else.

"My Journey with PNCLogos: A Mixed Bag"
Let me tell you, my time with PNCLogos has been quite the ride. I decided to give my business a fresh look and reached out to them for a logo, which turned out fantastic! After that, I got some business cards that were pretty nice, along with social media graphics like an Etsy and Facebook banner, plus new profile pics. Then came the labels—183 of them, to be exact. They messed up so many times that I ended up getting a full refund. After that, I asked them to build me a website, and boy, that was another rough patch. Fast forward three years, and after a ton of miscommunications, errors, and wasted time on both ends, my website is finally up and running. I'm still fixing their mistakes, though. Some parts are still incomplete or have incorrect or missing information. They initially promised my site would be ready in 4-6 weeks, but it took three years! They claimed to include 500 product listings, but when I tried to add my 277 products, I had to fork out an extra $349. Not cool. The website looks great, don’t get me wrong, and I have to give props to the designer who no longer works there.

To their credit, PNCLogos did try to make amends by giving me five bonuses that they usually charge for, which I appreciated. Barry, the manager, also offered me a $150 credit for all the hassle after the label fiasco, which I used for a year of hosting with them. I do appreciate their effort to take responsibility and rectify their blunders. However, I can't really recommend them for label making or website development. They definitely need to work on their communication and time management skills. But hey, if you need a logo, I’d say go for it—they really excel in that area! I absolutely LOVE my logo.

"Three Years of Frustration"
Edit: I had to return and share the current nonsense happening. I reached out to the company today because I finally received all my credentials for my site, including the video tutorial. I inquired about when my one-year hosting with them would end. SAM insists it’s the same day my site went live, which was about a week ago on December 12th. Then he flips his story and says it actually expires on December 1st, 2021. (Check the attached proof of his statement about the start date.) Now they’re robbing me of the hosting time I paid for. Well, that cost them another star. This company is just awful. They promised my website would be done in 35-40 days and charged me an extra $349 to input 277 products, even though the original deal included 500. The theft, the lies, the excuses, the blunders, the miscommunication—they act like they’re above it all when they’re really just ripping you off and putting you down. I can’t tell you how many times I heard, "Well, it’s common sense, Jennifer." Their customer service is nonexistent. They had every opportunity to turn this negative review into something positive. FAIL. I’ve been dealing with this company for three years. I needed a logo, social media banners, business cards, labels for 183 products, and a website. The logo is stunning, and the labels are nice, but they messed up so badly on my labels that I got a full refund of $995. I placed an order for a website three years ago. After putting it on hold for a while due to my mother passing away, I returned only to find they had lost my information or it had expired. The company kept making mistakes that led to miscommunication and tons of errors. I was ignored and given false hope and promises every time they said my website would be ready. So many excuses. The communication among their team is absolutely terrible. Ignoring already upset customers while trying to win back their trust is not the way to go. Because of all the screw-ups, they offered me five bonuses to compensate for their errors. Mind you, I was supposed to have my completed website today. They knew I was launching today, and I asked them to fix a blurry photo for the best representation of my site. At noon, Sam assured me my edits would be done in time for my launch, but he only fixed one thing and then said his team was busy with other projects and couldn’t help until tomorrow. So, on the most crucial day for my new website, I ended up with poor-quality homepage photos. I also asked how to change my address. I was promised an email with a recorded conversation of Barry explaining the backend of the site, but I never got that email. That was weeks ago. If I had received the email Barry promised, I wouldn’t have had to reach out to them again. Instead, I had to contact another website professional, give him my backend credentials, and he had to walk me through changing my address since I had just moved a week ago. To top it off, two customers tried to place orders during my website launch, and both failed. I reached out to the team in a panic with photo proof and still haven’t heard back. My website launch is a total disaster. No matter how many times they try to regain your trust, they just mess it up again and again. I’m so over compromising for this company. I would never recommend them for a website. A logo? Maybe. I love my logo. Business cards? Decent delivery times. Social media presence? Okay. But labels? No way, JOSE. Hiring this company for a website? Not BARRY good. Don’t even trust the 'Follow-up manager' they assigned to me as a way to "make it up to me"... no SAM way. (By the way, all the names in caps are the ones who messed up. There were even more involved. Just a total mess. I’m so disappointed. I’m done.

"Avoid These Scammers at All Costs!"
If I could give these crooks no stars, I surely would. I felt it was my responsibility to come on here and every other platform to alert folks about these scammers!

Make sure to read their terms and conditions. That’s where they’ll rob you of thousands! After just 10 days of dealing with these guys, they claim they can keep your money without a refund! And that’s when they start getting really disrespectful and stop doing their job!

I hired them for a custom logo, but now I can’t trademark it because they used someone else’s fonts without permission. So, they totally lied about it being custom. They also convinced me to get a CUSTOM-built website, for which I forked over $2100 for my online clothing boutique. But guess what? It wasn’t custom at all! They just slapped together a site using Woocommerce, which is a FREE PLATFORM, and on the backend, they used free templates. They didn’t even bother to buy the nicer ones; it was just the standard free template. The site barely works! It’s not secure like they promised, and it loads super slow. I’ve been hacked, and I’m getting weird XXX comments in my backend.

These guys are so pushy and rude; they’ll try to upsell you to death, and as soon as you say no, they ghost you and push your project to the back burner. I bought my domain through them, and they won’t even give me the credentials! I had to hire someone else to build a new website and buy a new domain. What really grinds my gears is that all my marketing materials have the domain I bought from PNC on them. Now I have to toss all that and get new stuff. These scumbags sleep soundly at night, knowing they’re draining small businesses of their hard-earned cash!

I filed a claim with my bank, but they said they can’t do anything because of the fine print in the terms and conditions! Now these scammers won’t answer my calls or emails. How is it legal for them to be contracted to host me for 3 years, quit, and STILL not give me a refund? It’s outrageous that a crook can hide behind their own terms and conditions, which I still haven’t seen.

They are the absolute worst. They misspelled so many words on my website, and on launch day, they didn’t add any shipping costs, so every customer got free shipping on large packages. When I asked them to fix it, they integrated Media shipping and Library shipping, and customers were only paying $2.66 for shipping. I had to cover all the shipping costs myself. I sell clothing—why are those even options? If you’re confused, look up what media and Library shipping is with USPS.

This company has cost me THOUSANDS. I’m now working with a lawyer to file a class action suit against them. If anyone’s interested, please message me here. And for anyone thinking they’re getting a custom logo, check with builtwith.com to see how it was built.

Oh, and one last thing: THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT IN FLORIDA. The IP ADDRESS THEY USE IS IN PAKISTAN. They keep lying, saying they’re in the States! The telltale sign is that none of them speak clear English! Don’t be fooled.

I’ve filed complaints with the BBB, the Federal Trade Commission, and IC3.com (internet crimes).

Sorry for the typos; I’m just really mad!
